Who we are

Leadership Intelligence is a leadership development platform operated by Creative Lift. Organizations, coaching firms, and consultants use it to store leadership assessment results and generate development reports for the people they serve.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, profile photo, organization membership, and role.
• Assessment data — results you or your coach upload or enter (Working Genius, DiSC, TCA, CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Enneagram, Judgment Index, MBTI), including uploaded report files.
• Generated content — AI-assisted insights, recommendations, and coaching notes derived from assessment data.
• Operational data — sign-in events, audit logs, email delivery logs, and error reports used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the platform: to authenticate you, to store and display assessment results, to generate reports and exports you request, to send service-related email (invitations, reminders, report notifications), and to investigate security or reliability problems. We do not sell your data and we do not use assessment content for advertising.

AI processing

Report narratives are produced by large language models via our AI provider. Only the assessment data needed to generate the requested report is sent. That content is not used to train third-party models. Assessment scores are never averaged across instruments, and results describe current patterns and development opportunities — never fixed identity, competence, or hireability judgments.

Who can see your results

Access is scoped by organization and role. Coaches, organization owners, and team admins can see results for people in their own organization. Participants see their own results. Share links you create expose only the specific report they point to and can be revoked at any time. Access controls are enforced at the database layer, not only in the interface.

Storage, retention, and backups

Data is stored in an encrypted managed Postgres database and object storage, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The database is backed up automatically on a daily schedule by our infrastructure provider. We retain your data for as long as your organization maintains an account; when an account or organization is deleted, its assessment records, uploaded files, and generated reports are removed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Organization administrators can action these requests inside the platform; anyone else can email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also opt out of non-essential email at any time from notification settings or the unsubscribe link in any message.
