Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for named individuals; don't share logins. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers' data at risk.
Beta software
Parts of the platform are offered in beta. Features may change, and while we back up data daily, you should keep your own copies of anything critical. Beta access may be modified or withdrawn.
Your data
You retain ownership of the assessment results, notes, and reports you upload or create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service. You are responsible for having the consent required to upload another person's assessment results.
Assessment instruments
Working Genius, Everything DiSC, CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, MBTI, the Enneagram instruments, the Judgment Index, and TCA are the property of their respective publishers. The platform helps you organize and interpret results you are already licensed to use; it does not grant you a license to administer any instrument, and it does not reproduce publisher-copyrighted report content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to make hiring, promotion, termination, or clinical decisions based solely on assessment scores; to attempt to access other organizations' data; to reverse engineer or resell the service; or to upload unlawful content. Assessment results describe patterns and preferences — they are not measures of competence, character, or fitness for employment.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated narratives are decision support, not professional advice, and should be reviewed by a qualified practitioner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination and changes
You may cancel at any time and request export or deletion of your data. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
